Stakes & Stilettos up for pre-order
I’ve had my nose to the grindstone finishing up my YA edits. I’m doing my last read-through today. I think I’m pretty much done! Woot! I really hope readers enjoy the story of my half-demon princess when it comes out next Fall.
2009 is going to be a big year for me. I have more releases than ever before — four books — two paranormal romances, one young adult novel, one Harlequin Blaze + my short story anthology.
STAKES & STILETTOS is now available for pre-order from Amazon.com. Six months to go! It feels like an eternity from now, but I’m pretty sure the time will fly by quicker than I’d like it to.
I think my editorial revisions for TALL, DARK & FANGSOME are coming very soon. That one is out in 11 months. Less than a year and I’ll be all done with my vampires! I’m kind of sad about that but very ready to start on my new stuff.
I’m planning on using Nanowrimo ’08 to work on the first draft of some of that new stuff. LIVING IN EDEN is my next project and I’m really exited about it. I reread my proposal for it recently and was reminded how much I love this new world of demons, psychics, and witches. Looking very forward to diving back in.
Plus, I have this pesky werewolf idea + a faery idea that’s been poking at me. I told both ideas to wait their turn but they’re very insistent. So many ideas, only 24 hours a day. And I do have a very full television viewing schedule this Fall…

I’m very excited about all your releases next year. And I do mean very – I’ve missed me some Thierry!
I’m doing Nano for the first time this year and I’m a wee bit scared. I’m going to be working on my next Blaze, which finishes up my triad of Blaze ideas. I’ll have to buddy you – I’m sure your rapid-fire progress will inspire me to keep my fingers moving.
